Indian Experimental Electronica label Knowmad records just released their latest single from Smileswithteeth titles “We Fight In The Prettiest Places”
Smileswithteeth is the dream pop project of Los Angeles-born, Montreal-based musician Gabriel Gutierrez. Smileswithteeth’s production is unique with his melodic structure and drums makes his music both intricate and effortless. ‘We Fight in the Prettiest Places’ is the First single from his forthcoming EP ‘Suddenly Constantly’, released via Knowmad Records.
A meditation on loving someone,fucking up and trying to do better, Suddenly Constantly traces an emotional arc through four tracks peppered with drum breaks, spectral vocals, and free jazz explosions, all while maintaining a practiced air of calm and control. Inspired by a disastrous trip to a beautiful place, Suddenly Constantly is the First release from Smileswithteeth since 2015’s Walk Forever.

Smileswiththeeth have already released 3 eps, In 2013’s Here, 2014’s Everyday Always, and 2016’s Walk Forever. The second single titled ‘June’ is set to release July 4th followed by the full 4-track EP on July 14th via Knowmad Records.
