Artist Bio
Clover was conceived by Ct Suvin Somanna who got into doing and music production to serve a lifelong dream of sharing his kind of music to the world. Based in Bangalore, he brings his style with the afro house and minimal deep house. “purveyor of deep, pestilent grooves, ecstatic atmosphere “. That’s how he describes himself as a DJ, never afraid to experiment, his emotive musical selections are his own therapy. His early yen towards music-evoked of performing solo as a guitarist. He then moved to Bangalore where he studied audio engineering, electronic music production, and Dj-ing, which exposed him towards numerous genres of music and artists. Taking inspirations from artists like Carl Cox, Black Coffee, Richie Hawtin, Jon Hopkins and more, he honed his own sound and now has a number of deep house productions. Today, this translates into his sets where he picks apart and infuses together all the pieces of this music that he loves best: beautiful synth work, brooding bass-lines, and occasional vocal hooks… all on top of a pronounced groovy house beat.
