I remember collecting music for our label party (
Neon Grooves) at Antares in Goa and finding the
Adaptation Music catalog accidentally on traxsource. Was really impressed by
Tom Conrad and his high quality taste both as A&R/Founder of this label and his own productions as well. I liked the label so much that I sent them some of my demos and they ended up releasing some of my tracks. Since then I follow them even more closely and have gone through their entire catalog.
Anyone into deep house will love this label as they have a good balance between more deep tech sounds and more soulful deep house with organic influences. I personally find it very rare for labels to balance their sound the way Adaptation music does and this is why I wanted to write about them. They have great content and are super tight and consistent. Congrats Tom! Great Job! Look forward to many more years of super music from you and your label!
